Prior to starting Blender Kitty in 2000, I generated over 300 pages of comics. In this section, I have selected only a few works to show you. These works are among my favorites, but they do not represent the wide variety of material I produced during this time.

This Blender Kitty comic sums up my attitude about the utterly tedious world of art I encountered in the late 80's. |

After 1990, I started work as a computer graphic artist and picked up some new skills and tools. At the time, I saw no connection between any of my various artistic pursuits, but nothing in art is an accident (as Duchamp once said). |

| These are two examples of my computer illustration work from the 1990's.
BIBLE WELTSMost of the comics from 1990 to 1995 eventually ended up in a three volume book I called Bible Welts (unpublished). I would describe this work as an obstacle course in absurdities. The book abounds in surreal puns, Biblical references, and hapless protagonists besieged by deformities and existential angst.
